Speaking to reporters, the Public Relations Officer and the Director of Health Centre of the institution, Abiodun Olanrewaju and Dr. Adedayo Irinoye, respectively said that the report on the outbreak of an epidemic was false as the students were writing their examination.

Dr. Irinoye said that the high traffic of students recorded at the health centre were only down with malaria fever due to examination stress and the heat occasioned by climate change.
