The Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency has assured residents that they will provide community security while protecting the dignity and respecting the human rights of citizens.
Donating whistles, rainboots and other safety gears to the agency, a representative of the justice for all project and Cleen foundation, Jim Davison urged officials of the corps to think human rights first in the discharge of their duties.
Chairman, Neighbourhood Safety Agency, Israel Ajao noted that corps officials have been trained and urged to respect the rights of residents in order to win their trust.
