  • Assorted meat and fish. You can use:
  •  Beef
  • Cow Skin (pomo)
  • Cow tripe
  •  Snails
  • Shellfish
  • Dry fish
  • Stockfish
  • Palm oil
  • Edible potash (akanwu, kaun, keun)
  • Gound crayfish
  • Garri
  • Hot and spicy pepper (to taste)
  • Stock cubes
