Grammy-nominated Nigerian Superstar, Davido is set to reach another major career milestone in July 2025 as he is set to headline his first stadium concert in the United Kingdom.
The concert which will hold at the sixty thousand capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the United Kingdom will have American multi-platinum-selling rapper and global superstar, 50 Cent and nine-time Grammy winner, Mary J Blige share the stage with him.
This will mark Davido’s first headline stadium concert in the UK where he has sold out multiple arenas including the iconic O2 Arena.
The concert presented by Iconic is another in their series of headline shows that brings together notable icons from different genres to give fans an exciting live music experience that cuts across different eras of music.
In another record-breaking feat, Davido shared the stage with Nigerian singer Lojay and Grammy-award winning artiste, Chris Brown at Chris’ record-breaking concert in South-Africa.
Chris Brown who made history when he sold out the ninety-four thousand capacity FNB stadium in South Africa, the biggest on the continent in two hours in October 2024 had both Nigerians grace the stage with him.
They performed their Grammy-nominated collaboration, ‘Sensational’, which also earned the Nigerians their first Billboard Hot 100 entry at the record-breaking concert.
Lojay and Chris Brown also performed Monalisa Remix while Davido and the American singer performed their recently released song, Hmm.
Chris Brown’s concert in South Africa is the biggest ticketed concert in the country’s history and one of the largest in Africa. It also becomes the largest venue headlined by the Grammy-winning star.
