Seun Kuti and Mr. P Slam Each Other On Social Media

Another day, another Nigerian celebrity drama as musicians Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye a.k.a Mr. P called out each other in a series of posts on social media.

It all started when Seun Kuti in a recent interview said the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is an opportunist and not the messiah Nigerians think he is.

This statement however did not sit well with Peter Okoye who is a big supporter of the Labour Party presidential candidate.

He tweeted, “Dude just erased his father’s History! You said only the people of Nigeria can save Nigeria! Is PO and the rest candidates, not the Nigerian people? SHAME! SHAME!! SHAME!!!

Seun Kuti on the other hand now responded with several posts on his Instagram stories to slam Mr. P.

In one of the posts, he wrote, “In this world, there are men and there are rats. Rats are those that quickly run to the world to drag you down, but privately come to you when they need strength. @noble_igwe why not hit me up to chat? You dey chase clout? You and Peter Okoye the degenerate”.

He then went on dragging Mr P with several other posts.

Mr. P also didn’t stop there as he took several shots at Seun on Twitter while asking him to manage his frustrations and comport himself.

Mr. P wrote, “I understand your frustration but realize that the sky is big enough for all birds to fly. @burnaboy and other great artists have climbed on our great Fela’s ladder to blow.

Comport yourself and pray to your god. My God has blessed my destiny and I’ll 4ever remain thankful. I’ll surely keep you in my prayers. Learn from your nephew @Madekuti cos he is well guided and clean.”
