Controversial Nigerian artist Portable has issued a strong warning to the public, vowing to arrest anyone who defames or spreads false information about him. This comes after the singer was recently arrested and remanded in Oke Kura Correctional Centre following a petition by Fuji icon Saheed Osupa, who accused him of defamation and character assassination.
Although the case was later dropped and Portable released on bail, the “Zazu” crooner says he’s learned his lesson and is ready to use the law to fight back. In a viral video, he made it clear: “No mercy. Anyone who talks bad about me will be arrested.”
Portable’s bold stance marks a new chapter in his often headline-making career.
