Best TV Series We Are Anticipating This Year 2023.

2023 looks like a promising year for TV series like every other year. Luckily, there are so many new and returning shows bringing their A-game this year.

Whether you’re searching for something new or counting down the days until your favourite series returns, there’s so much to look forward to across a range of genres, although the boundless options can be overwhelming.

So to save you from endlessly scrolling across several streamers, we’ve selected the best TV SERIES WE ARE ANTICIPATING THIS YEAR 2023.

  1. THE WITCHER SEASON 3

This Netflix series is set to premiere its third season at some point this year, though an official release date has not been revealed.

However, it is officially confirmed ‘The Witcher season 3 will mark Henry Cavill’s last as Geralt of Rivia, as he would not be returning for season 4.

The Witcher season 3 will see Geralt trying to protect Ciri from those who are coming after her, and their relationship will be a primary focus overall.

Season 3 will be worth watching to see how the writers send off Cavill’s version of Geralt. Liam Hemsworth will take over the role in season 4.

  1. MANIFEST SEASON 4: PART 2

For years, Manifest fans have been trying to solve the mystery of Flight 828, and now they will finally get their answers, as Manifest is returning for one last batch of its episodes, with episodes 11 through 20.

According to reports, Manifest was destined to be cancelled by NBC after concluding its third season on the network.

Then after a surprise license to Netflix, the show’s popularity exploded over the year 2021, eventually leading to the show’s final season renewal exclusively on Netflix.

Although the release date for Season 4 Part 2 has not been announced yet, production has wrapped so we could be seeing it sooner rather than later.

  1. QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STORY

No ‘Bridgerton’ character deserves a spinoff more than Queen Charlotte, the striking monarch who presides over Shonda Rhimes’ Regency reimagining.

This is following the title character as she rises to power and how her marriage to King George created a shift and a stir in high society. The series consists of eight episodes and will debut on Netflix at some point this year.

The series will feature multiple ‘Bridgerton’ actors, including; Rosheuvel herself, Adjoa Andoh, and Ruth Gemmell, as well as young versions of the characters as they appear in Charlotte’s past.

  1. BRIDGERTON SEASON 3

I’m sure Bridgerton fans would be happy about this particular one. If you would recall, season 2 saw Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma get their happy ending, while setting up Penelope and Colin as the next couple to get their love story in season 3.

Well, this time, the period romance series will see Jess Brownell stepping into the role of a showrunner in Bridgerton season 3, taking over from series creator Chris Van Dusen.

Although Netflix has not yet announced a release date for season 3, according to reports, fans should expect the series to return at some point in 2023, likely in the second half.

  1. YOU SEASON 4

I’m sure many of us are looking forward to seasoning 4 part 2 of this series because ever since its first season it’s been a big hit.

The series which follows bookstore manager Joe Goldberg through his obsessive romances, most of which have ended in the murder will return with season 4.

Unlike previous seasons, ‘You’ season 4 is split into two parts, each consisting of five episodes, and Part 2 will debut on Netflix on March 9.

Yet again, Joe flees his former life in Northern California and crosses the pond to London, where he adopts a new persona as university professor Jonathan Moore. Keeping our fingers crossed for who his prey would be this time.
