A video from Post Malone’s performance at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, on Sept. 17, as part of his Twelve Carat Toothache Tour, went viral on Sunday (Sept. 18).
In the popular video, Post Malone took a hard fall on stage. He steps into the hole by accident, and the force of his head and upper torso striking the stage is tremendous. Post grips his ribs as he moans in agony on stage. Then, medical personnel and arena employees rush over to help him.
He reportedly left the stage with help from medical personnel and came back a few minutes later to apologize. Then he received a beer and carried on with the performance.

In response to the tumble, Malone later shared a video on social media. He expressed his regret for shortening the set, he noted that he obtained painkillers from a hospital visit after the performance and intended to carry on with the tour as planned.
The first part of Posty’s 33-city tour began on September 10 in Omaha, Nebraska, and it is currently underway.
Before wrapping up on November 15 in Los Angeles, he still has 28 gigs left on the cross-country tour, which includes stops in Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Dallas, New York, Houston, Las Vegas, and more.

His Twelve Carat Toothache LP, which was released back in June, is being promoted by the tour. The album started at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, falling behind Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti, which has since taken the top spot and is still doing well.
