Baba Rex started working as an actor in 2010 after completing his national service. His first movie appearance was in Gazza Treasure by Derek Osonwa.
In addition to film work, he played Terwase in the TV series Jenifa’s Diary created by Funke Akindele.
How did you take people’s reactions to the purchase of your new car and house?
Maybe the way I dropped the news was what got people talking because e after I announce the house, I announced the new car as well.
Maybe they were expecting me to wait for a very long time before I drop the car but I know myself, I know the hustle and I am not explaining it to anybody. Those that really know me knew the hustle. Some people came to me and were like, Rex you deserve this.
See, I don’t sleep at night, I am a content creator, I work hard and anything I own I can post it anywhere, I can say it anywhere with my full chest because i know the hustle, I know how I grind.
The people that will judge are the people that don’t know the hustle, they don’t even believe content creation can bring that.
