Kess, popularly known in the house as sir Kess is a reality TV personality on the Big Brother Naija “Level Up” house. He is a businessman who believes in hard work and discipline.
Talking about his experience in the Big Brother Naija house Kess said, “The experience was interesting and at the same time draining. Being in the same space, you can’t go out or see friends was really crazy but beautiful.
What was your conversation with your wife going on the show as a married man?
This has been a dream for me, I have been trying it out even before I got married so marriage or no marriage I would have gone to the show regardless.
What if she didn’t agree?
She has to agree because it’s my dream. I am a supportive husband so I feel if you are with me you have to support my dream as much as I won’t go there and misbehave which I didn’t. I didn’t misbehave.
How did you manage to do it without misbehaving?
I think they intentionally made the house very cold so you will look for a partner. It is really cold so what I did was, I sleep very late and wake up early make I no go loseguared
What was your relationship with Ilebaye?
I was very close with Beauty, Bryan, Illebaye obviously and Daniella but I didn’t go there to kiss anybody because I am married and I am a very disciplined person.
I didn’t go there to act like I am not, so whatever you saw on the show is who I am in real life. I didn’t go there to misbehave and disrespect myself and my family. I went there to sell myself as me, not as anybody else.
You were mostly quiet in the show was that part of the plan?
What I will say is, on that show if you ask people who stayed with me they will tell you I am not quiet, It is just sad that they only showed me when I am calm and quiet but if you ask people in the house you will hear that I am not quiet.
In the show, I even had a fight with Amaka, I threw a kick at her. The week Beauty was disqualified we were thinking I would get a strike but nothing happened.
What did Amaka do to you?
She insulted me
Are you happy that she is out now?
Not like I don’t like her but she can just get under my skin a lot because of the way she talks so I can’t really vibe with her too much.
How did you feel when you heard she was evicted yesterday?
About the eviction, we knew about it. Those of us that are housemates, we knew about surprise evictions. Maybe the public didn’t know but we were informed that there will be surprised eviction
Amaka has too much wahala she almost burnt down the house. Her wahala is really too mucjh
How was it for you to come out to find out that you had lost your child?
It was one of the saddest days of my life because I was dealing with the shock of being evicted and then the other news happened.
It was really sad I won’t lie because when I was evicted I noticed that I was been treated differently and shielded from people but I didn’t know why until the next day the team had to bring a psychologist to speak to me.
It was really sad I even had the option of postponing my media runs but I spoke with my wife and family and they were all good.
I am a strong man. It was just sad that it was everywhere. I thought they would have managed it better just within the family. It was sad that everyone knew about it.”
