In 400Level when I was in school, I came across an old man, who had a stroke he went to the doctor and the doctor was like, these are the things you need to do to prevent the next stroke from happening and spent almost an hour.

Fortunately, I was heading to my final year and I was preparing for exams When I got back to the ward, here was this same old man with another stroke and this time he didn’t make it and it got me thinking, is it that this man did not understand what the doctor said and over time I got to realize that a lot of people are not well informed about their health and so how can I help pass across this message?

Who are these names, Nkechi, Amaka and Philomena?
Funny enough, Nkechi, Emeka are actually people I know every day. When they see me, they don’t know whether to be mad or angry that their name has been blown.
Pius and Philomena are completely made up people but people who ask me, sometimes I tell them, Nkechi broke my heart, Emaka stole her from me, Pius was the one who orchestrated the whole thing but these are everyday people, people have come to accept those names.
If I don’t mention those names, people will be like, why didn’t you call ——
