Ultra-processed foods also referred to as ultra-processed food products, are food and drink products that have undergone specified types of food processing.
These foods go through multiple processes (extrusion, moulding, milling, etc.), contain many added ingredients like preservation, colourings, flavouring, and sugars are highly manipulated.

Simple Carbohydrates: Simple carbohydrates are broken down quickly by the body to be used as energy. Simple carbohydrates are found naturally in foods such as fruits, milk, and milk products. They are also found in processed and refined sugars such as candy, table sugar, syrups, and soft drinks
Any natural carbohydrate that does not contain fibre is not healthy for the body and can cause fat around the abdominal area.
Genetically modified foods: also known as genetically engineered foods, or bioengineered foods are foods produced from organisms that have had changes introduced into their DNA using the methods of genetic engineering.
