Would You Trade Your PVC For 5 Million Naira? [SEE REACTIONS]

We were out on the streets of Lagos to ask if people will be willing to trade their PVC for 5 million naira.

PVC  was birthed as the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) and issued as the card empowering Nigerians to vote during electoral polls.

It’s significant because a credible voters register is a prelude to free and fair elections.

Only adults of voting age (18 years and up) are registered, it helps to prevent underage voting and with a fair voting, citizens can elect the best candidate to rule the country.

The question now is, do Nigerians even believe there can be a free and fair election?

Do Nigerians believe that, their vote count and can help to make a change?
