We would want you to know that self-esteem is not an idea or an affirmation, it is a practice, a fundamental humans need that makes us able to cope with life’s difficulties.
Self-esteem: is the extent to which we approve of and respect ourselves. It’s our personal evaluation of our own worth, and may not reflect our actual talents and abilities. It’s strictly our opinion: how we feel about ourselves.
Self-esteem comes from within us, and is based on FIVE practices that we put down. The more we participate in these practices, the stronger our self-esteem becomes.
