A video went viral showing a man lamenting over the sub-standard level of construction going on in his community, Akoko-Edo Federal constituency. In the video, he was seen using his bare hands to peel the upper layer of the new road easily.
The facilitator of the project, Honorable Peter Akpatason, says he was surprised when he saw the video.
