World Cup 2018: Late header gives Uruguay edge over Egypt

Luis Suarez, the hit man for the Uruguay team didn’t have the best of game as he couldn’t deliver in the Egypt Vs. Uruguay match – but one of Uruguay’s center back player took care of the teams victory.

Suarez missed three great chances, and Edinson Cavani was repeatedly denied of a goal with several shots on target.

It was almost a draw bet for both teams until Jose Gimenez made a way for Uruguay with a 90th minute header.

Egypt made its first World Cup appearance since 1990 and all eyes were on its star player, Mohamed Salah, who didn’t get to play the match.

Though he was proclaimed fit for the match less than three weeks after suffering a shoulder injury in the Champions League final with Liverpool, but was dropped from the starting XI for their first match of the competition

Egypt is still eyeing the first World Cup win in its nation’s history can they achieve this with a lose in their first match?.
