Omoni Oboli’s ‘Okafor’s Law’ to screen at Stockholm International Film Festival

The latest work of actress and producer Omoni Oboli, Okafor’s Law, is set to go to Sweden for the 27th Stockholm International Film Festival.

The excited mother of three boys revealed the development after the screening of the movie at the just concluded Toronto Film Festival.

Okafor’s Law is about a slick serial seducer that bets with his friends that he can bed three old flames in six weeks.

The law that says that straight men and women can’t be just friends; Okafor’s Law argues that once friends get benefits, those benefits last for life.

Terminator (Blossom Chukwujekwu) is known by his best friends Fox (Ken Erics) and Baptist (Gabriel Afolayan) to be a successful serial seducer, but even they are shocked when he ends up in bed with an old flame right after her engagement ceremony to another man.

It’s Okafor’s Law, Terminator explains. Prove it, his friends demand. And so the challenge begins.

Okafor’s Law stars RMD, Ken Erics, Ufoma Mcdermoth, Blossom Chukwujekwe, Gabriel Afolayan, Tina Mba, Toyin Aimakhu, Halima Abubakar, Lala Akindoju, Betty Irabor, and others. With experienced crew members comprising Yinka Edwards (cinematography), Pat Nebo (Set Design), and Tomi Adeoye (production manager). The movie will be in cinemas across Nigeria in April 2017.
