In the spirit of celebrating our independence, the US Government spoke with president Buhari.
The United States government has reminded president Muhammadu Buhari that there was still so much work to do in Nigeria to bring about economic prosperity of the country. This was contained in a congratulatory message by US Secretary of State, John Kerry to the government and people of Nigeria on the occasion of the country’s 56th Independence Anniversary today.
Writing on behalf of President Barack Obama and the American people, Kerry however expressed confidence in Nigerians who he said were working hard to address current national challenges.
