I am not quitting music now : King Sunny Ade

Juju maestro, Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye popularly known as King Sunny Ade, says he will continue to perform on stage even as he clocks 70 years.

The king of Juju music told TVC News in Akure that he is still active and not in a hurry to dump juju music that has brought him fame and accolades.

KSAA special programme has been designed to mark his 70th birthday on Wednesday at Oba Adesanoye civic centre, Ondo.

He says music is in his blood, adding that he can only quit the scene for health reasons.

He urged young musicians not go after money at first but their inherent talents and potentials.
