Terrence Howard has been hit with a $250,000 lawsuit by his former management, Authentic Talent and Literary Management for a breach of contract.
Reports say management company cites Howard’s failure to pay them their share of commission after they parted ways with him as the reason for the lawsuit.
Howard parted ways with ATLM upon taking up the role as Lucious Lyon in the successfulEmpire TV series and they’re now laying claim to 10% of revenue that the actor received while he was working with them.
In the lawsuit, ATLM claims to have played ‘a key role in the resurgence of Howard’s career’and provided him with ‘professional, personal and other advice and career guidance.’
