Contrary to the saying “my love for you is undying love”, a young man whose parents refused to approve his choice of a wife, decided to end it all by jumping into a well in the Jekandafari area of Gombe State.
According to a local news medium, Rariya, the young man whose name was given as Habu, was not happy that his parents did not want him to get married to the woman he wanted as they had plans for him to get married to someone they chose.
But not willing to live without the girl he loved, Habu reportedly jumped into the well in the night and his body was discovered and brought out the following morning.
