TVC E, NEWS – Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has backed the Judicial Information Management Technology Software to facilitate the dispensation of justice that would have taken several years to accomplish.
Osinbajo made this statement when a delegation of Carribean judges led by the Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, visited him in his office.
The Delegation expressed interest in Nigeria’s Case management system which was developed by the National Judicial Council, and sought technical and other forms of assistance from the national centre for states court.
The Chief Judge of Borno state who spoke on behalf of the CJN, said there is going to be a revolutionary change in the Nigerian Judiciary, which will no longer operate a paper based system.
A team of Foreign investors looking to operate in Nigeria also visited the Vice President to express appreciation for the measures taken by the government so far, and to understand the direction the new administration is taking in terms of economic policy,budget and the anti-corruption war.
