Justice Gabriel Kolawole originally fixed the matter for trial on Wednesday, but at the resumed sitting, the EFCC took Dokpesi before another Judge for re-arraignment.

No reasons were given for the retrieval of the case-file from Justice Kolawole, but Dokpesi entered a fresh plea before Justice John Tsoho of the same court, who subsequently adjourned the case till March the 2nd for trial.

The court allowed the accused person to go home on the same bail conditions that were handed to him by Justice Kolawole.
