When news broke that Keshinro Ololade, popularly known as Lil Kesh is set to part ways with his mentor and label boss Olamide, many thought another nasty separation was in the offing.

There are however, indications and feelers that the parting is amicable but it looks like a done deal already.

So here are five pointers that Olamide and his mentee Lil Kesh are going their separate ways, business-wise:

1) Olamide has been known to favour a two-year contract with his sign-ons in the belief that it is enough period for them to stand on their ‘two feet.’

2) Lil Kesh’s two-year contract with YBNL Nation has expired and it has not been renewed.

3) The ‘Shoki’ crooner already has a name for his soon-to-fly record label and it’s called ‘Y.A.G.I’ which means Young and Getting It.
