Alleged False Asset declaration: Saraki returns to Code of Conduct Tribunal

Senate President Bukola Saraki is back at the Code of Conduct tribunal in continuation of the alleged false assets declaration charges preferred against him by the federal government.

The prosecution had indicated at the last adjourned date to rearraign saraki on an eighteen count charge following the inclusion of an extra count charge from 17 to 18.

The senate president pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

The prosecution has proceeded to call its 4th witness.
