Nigerian leaders have been urged to see women as natural asset with unquantifiable values and must be well taken care of.
The leader of a group popularly known as Ebunlobinrin which specialises in the promotion and empowerment of women, especially the underprivileged in the society, Temitope Okoya stated this in Abeokuta.
She noted that the high rate of poverty and violation of human rights among women is calling urgent attention and the group has decided to take the bull by its horn.
She added that the group will soon focus on empowerment of women with interest free loans, skill acquisition and other palliative that can reduce poverty among them.
