Nollywood capable of generating millions of naira -Jide Kosoko

Veteran actor, Prince Jide Kosoko has disclosed that Nollywood could be a source of revenue if well funded by the government.

Kosoko, in an interview with newsmen on Wednesday, April 14, 2016, described Nollywood as an industry with lots of potentials.

He also urged the federal government to continue supporting the industry, stating that the industry could be a huge source of revenue if it is well funded.

“The industry is capable of generating millions of naira in revenue if well-funded,” he said.

“The industry has lots of prospects and potential that can be used to boost its revenue. The opportunities in the industry can fetch government huge revenues.”
