Burna Boy Explains Why He’s Not Involved In Nigeria’s Election

Popular Nigerian Musician, Burna Boy has been called out by fans among many other Nigerian artists who have been quiet about the ongoing 2023 presidential election.

Burna Boy took to his Instastory to explain why he’s not vocal about the country’s election.

According to him, he doesn’t support political parties because he doesn’t want to be blamed when they end up being bad in government.

“I’ve never supported any political party or candidate in my life because I don’t want to
make you vote and then blame me when the
person fucks up as usual…” he wrote.

He however expressed hope that the best candidate wins the ongoing election.

Burna Boy also shared some screenshots of texts he got from his Instagram followers.
