The fresh addition of vegetables to your noodles can save you a lot from making bad noodles and being called lazy. This recipe is fast and entirely satisfying and delicious. You can prepare it in 15 minutes or less.

As you already know, Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is either rolled flat and cut, stretched, or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures and are made in a variety of shapes.

A vast majority of instant noodles are low in calories but are also low in fibre and protein. They are also notorious for being high in fat, carbohydrates, and sodium.

While you will be able to get some micronutrients from instant noodles, they lack important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and more.
