Eneoma Zubby is a celebrity hairstylist who has been in the business for 27 years. He has worked across multiple industries including, fashion shows, cooperate entities and magazines.
According to Eneoma Zubby, Zubby’s Definition is a young cap who right from the onset knew what he wanted to do for himself and who he wanted to be. My dream has always been to be a hairstylist.
“When I was in University, lived off campus and I had a campus where I was always shuffling between school and work,” he said
How was it for you to get to this stage?
I think it is all about consistency and passion. It is all about being real to life and to the profession. I always tell myself there’s no small job and these have been taking me to different places.
How much does a client pay you for a job?
They pay a lot, I can tell you that they really pay a lot and even though some of them can’t pay what you are worth, some do really appreciate and pay well.
Allow your client to see that you are passionate about what you are doing and allow them to place a value on you even though you have a value placed on yourself.
For someone like me, I drive my car to the location and ensure I come in 30 minutes before time looking all good and well dressed. I ensure my clients feel good with me as I ensure they are totally satisfied with my work and based on this, some even pay more.

- Salone Day to Day
You have to pick what you want and train yourself in that space and be a master of it.
