The saying that goes Age is nothing but a number can be true for you, when you decide to follow the 10 tips that will make you look younger than your age.

You can first start by, 1. Moisturize, every day: you should moisturize your face, hands and neck every day and it will help to keep your skin supple, fresh and young looking. It’s amazing how much difference this can make, over time, so start your daily moisturizing regime today.

2. Get a good night’s sleep: Sleep gives your body a chance to refresh and rejuvenate it, and a lack of sleep can speed up the aging process. Be sure to get your full eight hours of sleep a night and give your body a chance to recover from its daytime exertions.

3.Cut down on sugar: Our next suggestion for looking younger than your age is to cut down on sugar. Too much sugar is bad for you in many ways, but did you know that it can also be the cause of wrinkles? Cut back on sugary, sweet treats and cut out the soda, and you’ll be doing yourself and your body a big favor.

9. Get an eye test: Have your eyes tested regularly, because your vision can deteriorate slowly, without you even noticing. When that happens, you will begin to squint, to see things, and that will eventually worsen fine lines around your eyes.

10. Treat brown skin spots: Our next tip for looking younger than your age is to treat any brown skin sports. You can easily treat blemishes on your skin with some lemon juice, diluted in some water. The lemon juice acts as a gentle bleaching agent it will gradually fade any brown spots on your skin.
