Asa, recognized for her reserved demeanor, has carved a niche for herself as one of Nigeria’s premier songwriters, infusing her music with notable African Folk elements.
She first gained prominence as a breakout star with her eponymous debut album ‘Asa (Asha),’ a work that secured her the Headies Album of the Year Prize.
In 2022, she delighted fans with the launch of her album ‘V,’ in which she uncommonly delved into Afrobeats. The album featured a collaboration with Wizkid, but unfortunately, it has been removed from streaming platforms due to copyright infringements
