A young Nigerian woman, who was accused of abandoning her husband after he arrived in the UK, has shared her own side of the story.
Upon their arrival in the UK in October, he received a huge shock when his wife took the kids and their passports and told him that their marriage was over.
As it stands, the man is presently stranded without a means to stay in the UK and has been given until January 2024 to leave the country, or he will be deported. ICYMI, read here
The news quickly went viral online and sparked a lot of reactions from netizens, with many criticizing the woman and others advising men against taking their wives abroad.
Well, the woman has gone online to share a lengthy post, narrating her ordeal in the hands of her husband. She accused him of physically and emotionally abusing her at the slightest provocation in Nigeria.
