Renowned Hollywood actor Michael J. Fox recently spoke about a recent health scare he faced in a Town & Country interview.
In this candid conversation, he recounted a harrowing experience involving a severe hand infection that nearly led to its loss. Fox described it as a “tsunami of misfortune.”
This hand issue is just one of many health challenges he has confronted. He mentioned a history of breaking two arms, a shoulder, his orbital/cheekbone, and one of his hands. Additionally, he underwent surgery to address a spinal tumor.
Despite these trials, Fox expressed his perspective on life, saying, “One day I’ll run out of gas… Certainly, if I were to pass away tomorrow, it would be premature, but it wouldn’t be unheard of. And so, no, I don’t fear that.”
Michael J. Fox has been courageously battling Parkinson’s disease since 1991.
