After the resounding commercial triumph of his chart-topping single “All My Life,” Lil Durk is gearing up to drop a revamped version that will feature fresh verses from the Nigerian megastar, Burna Boy, and Stray Kids.
Lil Durk took to his Instagram account on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, to share this exciting news. The announcement has sparked immense anticipation among Nigerian fans, especially given Lil Durk’s popularity in the country and the previous success of the original single on streaming platforms in Nigeria.
This remix marks the second collaboration between Burna Boy and J Cole, following their successful partnership on the Grammy-winning artist’s track “Thanks,” featured on his seventh album, “I Told Them.”
Since his breakthrough into the international music scene in 2018 with “YE,” Burna Boy has emerged as one of Africa’s foremost musical exports. His achievements include securing a Grammy Award for his fifth album, “Twice At Tall,” and enjoying several weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 with his hit single “Last Last.” Notably, he holds the distinction of being the first African artist to sell out a US stadium, headlining the Citi Field stadium in New York as part of his “Love, Damini” tour.
The eagerly awaited “All My Life” remix is slated for release on Friday, October 13, 2023.
