Former Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom, claims former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has moral grounds to accuse him of corruption following what former President Olusegun Obasanjo said about him (Atiku).
Ortom also labeled Atiku, the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in the 2015 general election, as the country’s first presidential candidate to be rejected by significant party stakeholders.
The ex-Benue governor was responding to a remark by Atiku’s media adviser, Phrank Shaibu, in which he accused him and other G-5 governors of soliciting favors from the ruling All Progressives Congress in order to avoid punishment.
