Real estate firm, Meridian Properties Limited, has announced a groundbreaking project that will bring a 6000 square metres multi-sensory water display park to Lagos, the first of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Makarios’s luxury place according to the head of sales and marketing Makorios luxury place Doctor Julie Emakpo is an iconic real estate development coming to sub-Sahara Africa for the first time bringing that has never been experienced in this part of the world.
They will be creating a new Ikoyi and Banana Island in a secure serene environment where kids can have fun in arcades, shopping malls, gyms and everything.
The iconic selling will be the water display system they are putting in just like the water fountain in Dubai and it’s going to look like a tourist attraction and a residential area all in one.

Makarios Luxury homes are situated along Lekki-Epe Expressway, with a proximity of 15 minutes from the proposed new airport, the developers revealed that Makarios Luxury Place is an iconic real estate development on approximately 84 acres built with the upper-middle class and upwardly mobile people in mind.
