Meet hero tanker driver, Mr. Ejiro Otarigho who drove a burning tanker away from a populated area to a safe place in Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
Mr Ejiro was said to have jumped into the burning diesel tanker when he noticed it caught fire while trying to offload diesel at the petrol station and drove it far from the city centre.

According to a source, Mr Otarigho, got married four months ago, sometimes in February this year but was courageous enough to save lives that could have been caught in the explosion.
The viral has got many pouring accolades on the man whom they said deserved a federal government national award.

In an interview with ‘The Ladies’ of “Your View”, Mr Ejiro said while he was doing that, the only thing that was going his mind is him not hurting any soul.
“I did not even remember anything at that time. It was when i got to my destination that i remembered to call my wife ” he said
He added that the Delta State Government showed an appreciation with a sum of 2 million naira and he always got some appreciations from individuals, churches, and some house of reps etc.
