Nigerian comic actor, Okon Lagos, made the news recently after sharing photos of his now transformed and chiseled body, which is a far cry from his former pot belly looks. A social media user called out the actor and claimed he faked his weight loss after spotting him at an event.
Social media can be described as many good things, but it has no doubt left many people with trust issues seeing as a number of individuals fake many things on the internet just to get reactions or is it just because of their insecurities?
Just recently, Nigerian comic actor, Imeh Bishop Umoh, popularly called Okon Lagos made the news after he shared amazing transformation photos to show off his weight loss journey.

From the actor’s new photos, his body looked chiseled and what was visibly missing was his pot belly which the fans had known him for.
A twitter user later called out the actor and stated that he faked his weight loss after sharing photos from a recent event where Okon attended.

Reacting to this and other reports of him faking his body transformation, Okon promised to go live on his Instagram page to prove to his fans that it was not fake.
The actor shared a photo on his page and wrote: “I just confuse o. Person no go lose him own weight again in peace? Am I losing anybody’s weight? Dem carry me go Supreme Court of Instablog say d belle Na audio. I’m going live in no distant time. #okonlagos #okonrepublic #iyammi #chisos #wosappen #ICanAndIWill”
