Renowned legal luminary, Chief Afe Babalola, who has turned down Ministerial appointments twice, says he would create instant enemies if he had accepted to be Minister. According to him, the Nigerian civil servants are parts of the problem in the country and none of them can work the way he works’. What do you make of this assertion?
