Video of a University of Calabar (UNICAL) staff seen flogging Post-UTME candidates that were present for the university’s entrance exam that commenced on Monday 5,August 2019.

A Twitter user who shared a footage from the scene of the incident blamed the
pandemonium that occurred on “terrible organizational skill”.
