Exonerated Five member of the ‘Central Park5’, Korey Wise has reportedly purchased a $925,000 Harlem apartment which overlooks the Central Park. A place once considered the location for where all his troubles originated is now a picturesque view.
It all started in 1989, in which Korey Wise, was 16 years old at that time, and 4 other teenage boys, they were all accused of raping and battering a woman in Central Park. All 5 of them became known as “Central Park 5”.
Korey Wise, who spent almost 14 years in jail for the crime he knew absolutely nothing, now has been exonerated and has bought a luxury condo overlooking the park where he was accused of raping a woman.
Korey was known to have undergone the worst treatment during the ordeal.
In his words he said;
“Always stay gracious, best revenge is your paper.”
