Nel Carter, an indigene of Delta state has shared photos of the deplorable condition of Uboh Street, Owanta Road, Delta State. In the photos, houses are being swept off due to bad state of the road, forcing most of the occupants of the street to leave.
He said, ‘the Delta State Government have claimed to have awarded this years ago, yet it gets worse as its raining now’.
