Mayweather fought McGregor last year in the highest grossing pay-per-view fight of all time but now he wants to fight Nurmagomedov and McGregor in a second fight.
Nurmagomedov called out Mayweather on Tuesday but wrote that he did not want to fight the undefeated American in Las Vegas as he waits for his hearing with the Nevada State Athletic Commission over a post-fight brawl following his win over McGregor at UFC 229.
“McGregor was still talking that shit so it’s not over,” Mayweather told TMZ Sports.
“After me and Khabib lock up, we going to lock up again. They say ‘why do you keep fighting all these MMA guys?’
“Man listen, me and Khabib are going to do crazy numbers, me and McGregor going to do crazy numbers, I only clash with guys that are going to do crazy numbers.”
Mayweather added that the order of each bout did not matter and that he was absolutely going to fight both fighters.
The last 14 fights of Mayweather’s career have taken place in Las Vegas and the 41-year-old said that Khabib will have to come meet him in his world if he wants to participate in a crossover bout.
