Following the arrest and confessions of Evans also coupled with the recent picture of his wife and kids crying on social media, the public is torn with sympathy and rage on why and why not he should get a death penalty.
Some social media fans are calling for his release because according to some, ”If Saraki can be freed, Evans should be freed also because both are hustling for dollars.
Recall, the Code Of Conduct Tribunal has ruled that Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki has no case to answer in the 18 charges of non-declaration of assets brought against him by the Federal Government.

Did Evans kill or not?. If he has kill any of his kidnaps before he was caught, then he should be killed. Dr Saraki did`t kill anybody, but his only crime is that he didn`t declare his assets,so there is no comparison between Saraki AND Evans.
