Moji Olaiya’s death shocking, unbelievable – Saheed Balogun

Image result for Moji OlaiyaNollywood actor, Saheed Balogun has described the death of ace actress, Moji Olaiya as shocking and a colossal loss to the entire motion picture industry.

Saheed who disclosed this in an interview with TVC News Thursday afternoon, said the Nollywood industry is still in shock over the sudden demise.

He said the late actress was a nice, respective and accommodating, adding that Moji was one of the brilliant hands in the  industry.

Reacting to some insinuations that the late actress died of Cardiac arrest, Balogun said it is a normal thing to hear different things whenever anyone died, but said the real story is that Moji Olaiya is dead and prayed for her gentle soul to rest in peace.

His words: “Eh.mmm…well it is normal to hear all sorts of things whenever anyone died but the real story is that Moji is dead; the rest is history.

“The entire industry is still in shock over the news of her demise. She was a very nice and respective  colleague. She was just too good to leave us now.

When asked if he had spoken with any member of the Olaiya’s family, the talented actor said: “Yeah I have spoken with them but there little anyone of them can say for now. As you know, they are in mourning mood now as expected of any family who lost a child.”

Saheed however said her body will be flown into the country for burial but cannot give any specific date that will happen.

Moji Olaiya died in Canada on Wednesday two months after giving birth to her second child.

She is survived by two daughters and her two parents.
