Jury members of the prestigious Cannes film festival arrived on Tuesday (May 16) on the eve of the opening day.
With Spanish director Pedro Almodovar at the helm, the panel boasts international stars like Hollywood actress Jessica Chastain and Chinese actress Fan Bingbing.
There are 19 films in competition for the Palme d’Or this year, including Sofia Coppola’s remake of the 1971 classic Clint Eastwood movie of the same name, and French arthouse director’s film ‘L’Amant Double’.

The festival runs from Wednesday (May 17) until May 28.
