A Federal High Court in Ikoyi has adjourned the hearing of the case between Raconteur Productions and Actress Omoni Oboli, Dioni Visions and Filmone Distribution.
The hearing was adjourned to March the 30th after Otudor, the lawyer representing the plaintiff, requested for more time to defend an unknown motion filed by the defendant, Augustine Alegeh (SAN).
The premiere of the movie “Okafor’s Law” was halted after Omoni Oboli, and Filmone Distribution were served an injunction to stop the premiere and nationwide release of the movie.
The complaint bothered on copyright infringement accusations leveled against Omoni Oboli in September 2016 by Canada-based writer, Jude Idada.
