President Muhammadu Buhari will take 10 days off and travel to London on Monday, June 6, 2016, to rest, a statement by President’s Spokesman, Femi Adesina has said.
“During the holiday, he will see an E.N.T Specialist for a persistent ear infection.
“The President was examined by his Personal Physician and an E.N.T Specialist in Abuja, and was treated.
“Both Nigerian doctors recommended further evaluation purely as a precaution”, Adesina said.
There has been media speculations about the President’s health in recent times.
An online publication had said that the ear infection was slowing the President down in his official engagements.
But on Sunday, Adesina debunked the illness story, saying it was concorted by the writer.
