American rapper Kanye West’ creative studio located in Calabasas, California was broken into while he was away in London, according to TMZ.
Kanye’s team discovered the theft the next day and police arrived to discover a door had been forced open and $20000 worth of computers stolen.
It is believed by Kanye’s people that the burglary could have been an inside job as it looked as if it had been carried out by someone who knew what was in the office.
But the thieves won’t be able to access the material on the computers which contain info on several of Kanye’s projects, thanks to some advanced security.
The computers had ‘heavy-duty tech security’ in place so that material on the computers cannot be accessed or leaked, TMZ reported, quoting a source.
